We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Godental365. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
- Perform various office duties as assigned by the Practice Manager
- Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments as necessary
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in a healthcare office, preferably in the dental or medical industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
