Business Support Assistant

At Standard Textile Co., Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional care, comfort, and change in our communities. As a Business Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, direct customers to the appropriate department, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members as requested.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a mid-level role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

Office setting with occasional travel for meetings or events.
