Job Summary

At Inspire Brands Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Internal Risk Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Inspire Brands' strategic objectives and their alignment to the Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit (ER&IA) strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Participate in the design and execution of ER&IA projects, including risk management initiatives, ad-hoc strategic projects, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing.
  • Embody the ER&IA vision, mission, and behaviors.
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships with various business units and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a 4-year degree in a field such as Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related program of study.
  • Professional, self-motivated, solution-focused, results-driven, and approachable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer focus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Presentation skills, including the ability to engage audiences and deliver presentations with solutions and actionable items.
  • Collaboration and communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new principles and concepts.
  • A high degree of discretion and confidentiality, as needed.
