Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Center Representative to join our team at MGMA-ACMPE. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring that all new members receive a warm welcome, have their questions answered, and are trained on their benefits and resources available through the Association.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and chats with a focus on delivering top-notch service to our members and customers, meeting service level expectations.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and chat requests from Association staff to ensure proper phone coverage.
  • Process daily workloads and provide status updates to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data entry, encompassing all aspects of the role.
  • Provide customer service support and feedback to relevant Association departments and managers.
  • Perform service coordination activities for processing memberships and explaining benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, educating team members on new developments, products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of Association products and services to upsell and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in sales, client management, call center, or customer support with a record of upselling and meeting customer needs.
  • Experience driving client membership and managing healthcare organization relationships is a plus.
Working Environment

The Service Center Representative will work in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to conferences and meetings. Regular attendance and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
