About This Position: iQuanti is on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to enhance engagement within a portfolio of established clients and uncover new opportunities within these relationships. As a vital member of iQuanti's Client Services team, the Senior Account Manager will oversee all facets of client delivery and maintain the overall health of client relationships.

This position necessitates a deep understanding of clients' business landscapes, along with the capability to identify new business prospects by fostering relationships throughout client organizations, pinpointing key decision-makers, and recognizing areas ripe for growth while developing innovative strategies and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, team-oriented, and possess outstanding problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients on emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities
  • Comprehend clients' business objectives related to revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with solution and engagement teams to craft and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including web analytics, SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media marketing, and site experience optimization
  • Develop strategic plans, compelling briefs, and business cases for clients
  • Expand client accounts by managing proposals for new opportunities and steering them through inception, nurturing, negotiation, and closure
  • Facilitate daily client interactions
  • Assemble teams around new engagements
  • Maintain oversight of project revenue, margins, and resource requirements
  • Ensure client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on schedule and within budget
  • Identify potential project risks, address any delays, and formulate strategies to mitigate risks
  • Draft, review, and approve all commercial solutions and project estimates before presenting them to clients
  • Work collaboratively to ensure timely reporting of forecasts, realization of income, and compliance with client agreements and commercial terms

The Ideal Candidate Will...

  • Possess 3-4 years of account management experience in digital technology services, or 5-7 years of experience in managing the delivery of digital assets (PPC/SEO, display ads, websites, apps, etc.), or 5-7 years of digital analytics experience focused on marketing outcomes
  • Exhibit the ability to drive revenue growth within client relationships
  • Have a proven track record of delivering program success with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrate the capability to align and lead global teams across diverse locations and cultures
  • Be exceptionally organized and an outstanding communicator, both in writing and verbally
  • Be adept at analyzing client data, identifying business challenges, and proposing viable solutions
  • Be proficient in using workflow management tools
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of digital performance marketing platforms and channels, including but not limited to:

Meta and other social media platforms

Google platforms

DMPs and DSPs

Web analytics platforms

Acquisition marketing strategies

  • Experience in a client-facing role at a management consulting firm is advantageous
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
