Role Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Coca-Cola and store managers or owners, tasked with nurturing customer relationships and driving sales within their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and finalize all sales engagements
- Promote and secure incremental displays and equipment placements; implement promotional initiatives and ensure compliance
- Maintain regular communication with accounts, manage inventory levels, uphold company assets and merchandising standards, assess product needs, and process orders aligned with sales routes
- Relay account activities to relevant stakeholders
- Manage Point of Sale advertising, ensuring timely transport, replacement, and maintenance
- Engage in physical tasks such as lifting over 50 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and light merchandising
- Construct, modify, and dismantle product displays; maintain signage; clean product areas and secure any damaged items
- Serve as an Ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service to consumers and store staff, addressing inquiries, locating products, and providing necessary assistance
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
- Preferred 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience in the food/beverage sector is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in computer applications
- Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with MVR policy
