Role Summary

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Coca-Cola and store managers or owners, tasked with nurturing customer relationships and driving sales within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and finalize all sales engagements
  • Promote and secure incremental displays and equipment placements; implement promotional initiatives and ensure compliance
  • Maintain regular communication with accounts, manage inventory levels, uphold company assets and merchandising standards, assess product needs, and process orders aligned with sales routes
  • Relay account activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage Point of Sale advertising, ensuring timely transport, replacement, and maintenance
  • Engage in physical tasks such as lifting over 50 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and light merchandising
  • Construct, modify, and dismantle product displays; maintain signage; clean product areas and secure any damaged items
  • Serve as an Ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service to consumers and store staff, addressing inquiries, locating products, and providing necessary assistance
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
  • Preferred 1+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in the food/beverage sector is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with MVR policy
