Overview:
As part of the Securities Operations team, the Asset Servicing role encompasses critical functions related to Settlement, Stock Loan, and Asset Servicing for both Equity and Fixed Income Products.

The Client Service Group (CSG) operates with a dedicated team that collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to address all Asset Servicing requirements. This team primarily supports the Prime Brokerage sector, engaging directly with a variety of hedge fund clients.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist the CSG team with daily client reporting and various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

  • Generate and distribute daily reports for the team.
  • Provide ad-hoc notifications to internal representatives.
  • Conduct research on corporate actions for certificated securities utilizing DTC, Bloomberg, and company Investor Relations.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Skills:

  • Experience in Operations or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of equity and fixed income securities.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with Corporate Actions is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with DTCC and Bloomberg systems, along with engagement with company Investor Relations.

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
