A Day in Your Role:
- Facilitate teams in delivering high-quality work across various tracks by refining practices and processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Maintain a broad perspective on overall results while exercising sound judgment on focusing on critical details.
- Guide the technical trajectory of projects to align with stakeholder requirements while ensuring quality standards are met. Rapidly assess project concepts through iterative development and adjust as needed.
- Present the team's achievements to senior management, effectively communicating trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
- Proactively provide context to the team, helping them understand how their efforts align with larger organizational goals.
- Be prepared to address inquiries regarding ongoing projects, architecture, systems, staffing, and priorities.
- Take initiative and act independently without needing direction.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading programs in the AI/ML domain.
- Familiarity with the Machine Learning lifecycle is advantageous.
- Experience in developing comprehensive Machine Learning Platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating applications utilizing Open AI's GPT, along with a solid understanding of various GPT versions and Open AI APIs is beneficial.
- Expertise in constructing and optimizing scalable Data-Centric AI infrastructures, including embedding platforms and AI/ML observability.
- Experience in developing human & AI-powered labeling systems to support data-driven product features, ML modeling, and GenAI fine-tuning, effectively integrating human and AI efforts.
- Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity and derive detailed solutions. You can articulate a vague challenge, outline a clear path forward, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to work with teams operating at different rhythms.
- Strong business acumen, proven ability to influence others, robust analytical skills, and a history of taking ownership and leading data-driven initiatives.
- Experience in refining processes to enhance efficiency and flexibility to achieve objectives.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to grasp the larger context using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Experience collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with various functions is critical.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A minimum of 13 years of professional experience, including at least 11 years in a Technical Program Management role or a related field.
Your Work Environment:
This position is eligible for remote work. While primarily remote, occasional attendance at company offices or offsite events may be required, as discussed with your manager. Candidates must reside in a state where Passcreator has a registered entity.

Compensation:
Our job titles may encompass multiple career levels. The actual base salary will depend on various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market conditions. The base salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This role may also qualify for bonuses, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
Salary Range:
$224,000—$270,000 USD
