Daily Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the successful delivery of projects across multiple streams by refining team practices and enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain a broad perspective on overall objectives while exercising sound judgment on critical details.
  • Guide the technical trajectory of initiatives to align with stakeholder requirements while ensuring high standards of quality. Rapidly validate concepts through iterative development and adapt as needed.
  • Present the team's achievements to senior management, effectively communicating trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to a diverse audience.
  • Share relevant context with team members, helping them understand how their work contributes to broader organizational goals.
  • Address inquiries regarding ongoing projects, system architecture, staffing, and priorities.
  • Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying and addressing tasks without explicit direction.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading programs within the AI/ML domain.
  • Familiarity with the Machine Learning lifecycle is advantageous.
  • Background in developing comprehensive Machine Learning Platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with OpenAI's GPT models and APIs is beneficial.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing data-centric AI infrastructures, including embedding platforms and AI/ML observability.
  • Ability to create effective human & AI-powered labeling systems to support data-driven features and ML modeling.
  • Demonstrated capacity to navigate ambiguity and develop detailed solutions from vague challenges.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a history of collaborating effectively across diverse team dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and a track record of influencing outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in refining processes to enhance efficiency and flexibility in achieving objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and resolve critical issues using technical expertise.
  • Experience in a highly collaborative environment, requiring effective communication across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 13 years of professional experience, including at least 11 years in a Technical Program Management role or similar capacity.

Work Location:

This position is eligible for remote work within the United States, with potential for occasional office engagement or participation in offsite events as agreed upon with management.
