Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading programs within the AI/ML domain.
  • Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle is advantageous.
  • Background in developing comprehensive Machine Learning Platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with OpenAI's GPT applications and a solid understanding of various GPT versions and OpenAI APIs is beneficial.
  • Expertise in constructing and refining scalable data-centric AI infrastructures, including embedding platforms and AI/ML observability.
  • Experience in developing human-AI collaborative labeling systems to enhance data-driven features, machine learning modeling, and generative AI fine-tuning.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and develop detailed solutions. Capable of framing challenges clearly, identifying actionable paths, and driving initiatives to completion.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and effective in collaborating with teams operating at different rhythms.
  • Strong business acumen, proven influence, analytical skills, and a history of ownership in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in refining processes for efficiency and flexibility to achieve objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to grasp the broader context using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Experience in a highly collaborative environment requiring communication across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 13 years of professional experience, including at least 11 years in a Technical Program Manager role or equivalent.

Your Work Environment:

This position is eligible for remote work within the United States, with the possibility of occasional office visits or participation in offsite events as agreed upon with management.

The compensation range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This role may also qualify for bonuses, equity, benefits, and other incentives.

Compensation Range:

$224,000—$270,000 USD
