Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and influence a team to deliver unforgettable in-store experiences while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Recruit and onboard exceptional talent for all store roles, including Sales Associates and Supervisors.
  • Maintain high store standards by effectively delegating tasks related to cleanliness, visual presentation, and operational duties (inventory management, tagging, receiving, and processing shipments).
  • Design and execute impactful in-store events and assist with new store launches as required.
  • Embrace and utilize new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
  • Work autonomously and efficiently under pressure, ensuring completion of store opening and closing protocols.
  • Manage team scheduling while overseeing payroll responsibilities.
  • Adapt work hours to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; full-time commitment of 40 hours per week is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or retail, preferably in a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, including extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Comfortable using ladders and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Success Metrics:
  • Employee Retention: Ability to recruit, develop, and promote team members.
  • Sales Performance: Achieving sales targets through Key Performance Indicators such as Conversion Rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
  • Client Engagement: Effective client outreach and networking, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Task Management: Successfully completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Salary: $67,000 - $72,500 annually
