Job Overview

Position Title: Administrative Coordinator - Middle School/Alternative School

Role Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the main office and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Principal of a middle or similar educational institution. The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the Principal by managing routine administrative responsibilities and ensuring efficient workflow and clerical support within the school office.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

Compensation: $35.17 per hour, with a structured salary scale based on experience.

Benefits Offered: Eligible employees will receive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance, with full district contributions for those working 6+ hours per day.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by college-level business courses and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clerical, financial, and administrative roles. An Associate's Degree along with three years of progressive secretarial experience is preferred.

Licensure and Certifications: A valid driver's license may be required. Additionally, candidates must hold a first-aid and CPR certification and demonstrate the ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
