Job Title: Program Manager

Lightfully Behavioral Health is a leading provider of mental health treatment services, offering a comprehensive continuum of care that includes residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and virtual services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to support the operations of our teen residential program in Encinitas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage direct care staff, including Client Care Technicians, coordinators, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the assigned program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharges, working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, Case Manager, and Admissions Team.
  • Provide orientation and support for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the program.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize staffing, staff strengths, and client care.
  • Review Perception of Care results and suggest revisions to program offerings as needed.
  • Ensure incident reports are completed and sent to the Director of Clinical Operations for review.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries, demeanor, dress, and interaction with clients, family members, visitors, and coworkers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with at least 24 semester college units in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychiatric Nursing.
  • 2+ years of full-time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent management, supervisory, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
