About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at ASTRION, INC. as a Lead Systems Engineer for the Lunar Rover Program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that will contribute to the advancement of space exploration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team to develop and maintain system-level architecture and design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and components
  • Develop and maintain system requirements, including PTRS and ICDs
  • Conduct trade studies and analyses to inform system design and performance
  • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, with a focus on space hardware and systems
  • Expert knowledge of systems engineering principles and associated documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
