Job Summary
Lunar Resources, a pioneering space industrial company, is driving innovation in space manufacturing, resource extraction, and in-situ resource utilization. As a leading corporate spin-off from NASA-sponsored technology development programs, our objective is to harness space's resources to enable humanity to build beyond Earth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of tasks and contribute to the development of technologies for extracting, manufacturing, and fabricating materials in microgravity and on the Moon.
- Fabricate and assemble electronics, circuit boards, and similar electrical components, ensuring precision and quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build and assemble electrical systems, supporting scientific experiments and R&D efforts.
- Drive technology improvements by working with engineers and teams across the company to ensure the success of technologies and innovations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Familiarity with circuitry and experience in soldering.
- Solder certifications and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to take project goals, inputs, and work toward the end-goal beyond individual task assignment.
- Experience working in a clean room and ESD sensitive environment.
- Skill in operating and manipulating machinery and various hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with calibrated measurement devices, including load cells, multi-meters, calipers, torque wrenches, depth gauges, and micrometers.
Additional Considerations
- Extended hours and weekend work may be required to support critical project and mission milestones.
