Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Central Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the feeding systems and solutions industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient use of Salesforce.
