Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience. This includes processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, and assigning rooms. You will also be responsible for setting up accurate accounts for each guest and ensuring that rates match market codes. Additionally, you will be responsible for securing payment prior to issuing room keys and verifying/adjusting billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and assigning rooms
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements
- Enter Marriott Rewards information
- Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions
- Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
