Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Supervisor at the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure they are performing in accordance with established brand standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
- Make and confirm reservations, as well as compute bills and collect payments.
- Ensure hotel entrance, reception, and public areas are properly maintained.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
