Front Office Manager

Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our dynamic pre-opening team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations to deliver exceptional guest service and financial profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all Front Office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, and guest service standards and initiatives.
- Monitor and develop team member performance, providing supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluations.
- Assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Company standards and meet and greet guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, maximizing room occupancy and overall revenue.
- Recruit, interview, and train team members.
- 1 or more years of front desk experience in hospitality, with previous supervisor or management experience a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and building/fostering a team that delivers exceptional experiences for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
