Job Description

Midwest Petroleum Equipment LLC is a leading provider of petroleum equipment solutions, with a strong commitment to customer service and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This role will involve answering incoming calls, dispatching remote technicians, and assisting with daily office tasks.

We are looking for a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of humor and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the petroleum equipment industry. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer all incoming calls, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
  • Dispatching: Assign work orders to remote service technicians, communicating emergency situations as needed.
  • Office Administration: Assist with daily office tasks, including managing the service email inbox and monitoring customer service portals.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies for the office.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet and direct incoming traffic.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments for walk-in customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma required, but college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three years working in a professional office environment or related experience.
  • Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
