Job Summary

The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all OVG departments at the venue, as well as to the General Manager. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office and administrative support, including data entry, event reporting, and accounting tasks.
  • Assist with basic payroll functions, including payroll processing, timekeeping verification, and employee deductions.
  • Reconcile sales reports, prepare financial statements, and perform month-end closing tasks.
  • Collect and analyze data to generate reports on OVG event operating results.
  • Provide HR support, including personnel file maintenance, employee inquiries, and basic report generation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Four or more years of experience in an accounting position with increasing level of oversight and responsibility.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, and accounting/payroll/HRIS systems.
