Key Responsibilities- Provide general office and administrative support, including data entry, event reporting, and accounting tasks.
- Assist with basic payroll functions, including payroll processing, timekeeping verification, and employee deductions.
- Reconcile sales reports, prepare financial statements, and perform month-end closing tasks.
- Collect and analyze data to generate reports on OVG event operating results.
- Provide HR support, including personnel file maintenance, employee inquiries, and basic report generation.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Four or more years of experience in an accounting position with increasing level of oversight and responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Advanced proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, and accounting/payroll/HRIS systems.
