About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at EvenUp Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Customer Happiness: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Navigate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Communication Guru: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer growth initiatives and issue resolution.
  • Renewal Superstar: Own the contract renewal process, ensuring timely and successful renewals that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Goal Achievement Partner: Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business growth and success.
  • Platform Enthusiast: Drive adoption and growth of our platform among clients and end-users, ensuring they realize maximum value from our solutions.
  • Strategic Guide: Document use cases, craft success plans, and advocate for clients to influence product development and roadmap.
  • Expand Possibilities: Leverage expertise to broaden client utilization of our platform and identify creative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Trusted Ally: Build trust and serve as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering insights and value that drive business success.
  • Stakeholder Networker: Foster and leverage relationships within client organizations to drive adoption and support new opportunities.
  • Escalation Guru: Handle client escalations with finesse, maintaining a speedy communication channel for service-related matters.
  • Revenue Accelerator: Identify upsell opportunities, explore new revenue streams, and collaborate closely with our Sales team to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field; MBA or JD is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Stellar problem-solving skills, a knack for creative solutions, and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experience in Legal Tech or working with Legal Professionals is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the United States up to 25% is required.
