- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring that they are leveraging our platform to its full potential.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs, and provide solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Present product roadmaps and feature updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, representing client feedback in strategic and product direction.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or business development.
- Demonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, manage expectations, and critically problem-solve.
- A competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
