Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Services Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with SME prospects, designing and building new outreach and nurture campaigns, coordinating with content, marketing, and lead generation providers, driving revenue by winning new services business and/or expanding existing engagements, and engaging with AWS and other partners at the tactical and strategic level.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with SME prospects to understand their cloud needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and build new outreach and nurture campaigns to engage with potential customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with content, marketing, and lead generation providers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive revenue growth by winning new services business and/or expanding existing engagements.
  • Engage with AWS and other partners at the tactical and strategic level to stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling managed cloud services and/or DevOps consulting.
  • Experience selling AWS and related services is highly desired.
  • Great verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and price.
  • Enthusiasm to work in a startup environment and ability to be cross-functional.
  • Possess natural curiosity and excitement to learn new technology, sell, and succeed as an individual and as a team.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing $250K+ ARR deals successfully.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
  • Technical background in DevOps or Cloud is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

On Target Earnings (OTE)

The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $250,000 - $450,000. Your OTE is determined on factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and other market conditions.
