Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Uplift People Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and senior management of significant US agricultural distributors and retailers
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Manage US financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proactively address changes in US agricultural standards
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events
- Analyze competitors and trends, using insights to drive strategic decision-making and innovation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and tailor products to specific customer segments for optimized sales
- Develop strategies to exceed sales targets, closely monitoring KPIs and ensuring alignment with leadership
- University degree in Agriculture or related scientific subject, ideally complemented by a formal marketing or sales qualification
- MBA is a plus
- Strong personal relationships with buyers and senior management of significant US agricultural distributors and retailers
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the agriculture sector, ensuring products comply with local and international regulations
- A track record of driving innovation in product development, marketing strategies, and distribution approaches within the agricultural industry
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within the industry, including government agencies, industry associations, and research institutions
