Bilingual Sales Associate for Branch Operations

Position Overview:

In the role of Bilingual Sales Associate, you will engage with walk-in customers, providing tailored solutions through your expertise, knowledge, and positive demeanor. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities, fostering customer loyalty, and surpassing customer expectations. Throughout your day, you will transition between assisting customers and executing various warehouse responsibilities, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete customer experience, ensuring proper product selection, accurate order processing, safe product handling, and loading of customer vehicles.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales and promote customer loyalty.
  • Adjust your communication style to suit different audiences, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Prepare and stage will-call orders and manage shipping products.
  • Handle customer backorders and organize incoming stock.
  • Assist with merchandising and maintain showroom inventory.
  • Conduct inventory counts as required.
  • Become proficient in navigating various computer systems for both customer service and warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the branch to meet company standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all operational standards, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Availability to work flexible hours within branch operational times.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
  • Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
