Job Description

Expeditors is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations professional to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the district sales team by providing administrative and analytical support to drive sales growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate weekly sales meetings and organize sales events to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to the Sales team and create customer-focused presentations.
  • Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with the sales team.
  • Deliver qualified sales leads to the team and provide rates and pricing support.
  • Attend training & development sessions to understand sales requirements and organize training sessions for the branch.
  • Update CRM and ensure data integrity measurements are met for the branch.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work productively individually and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong rapport and relationship-building focused.
  • Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions.
