We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and enhance our quality assurance processes, enabling the GoodNotes team to consistently deliver elegant and user-friendly solutions.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as the advocate for quality within a cross-functional product team.
  • Oversee the delivery of QA contractors.
  • Establish, manage, and refine our QA processes and activities.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure our products meet high-quality standards.
  • Engage directly with users to gather essential feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to anticipate new features and ensure their testability.
  • Analyze and manage existing bugs effectively.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Experience in planning and implementing best practices and tools for software quality assurance.
  • Proven ability to lead junior team members or contractors.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with manual testing across iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac platforms.
  • Experience in designing and executing quality assurance processes for new products from conception to launch.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of product ownership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to develop skills in automated testing.
