We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our food products by conducting standardized tests and analyzing data to identify problem areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct standardized tests on intermediate and finished food products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Analyze quality data to identify problem areas and assist in resolving manufacturing processes or methods that affect quality.
  • Examine and approve product labels prior to printing.
  • Place product on hold and assist with investigations as needed.
  • Complete daily paperwork as assigned.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations, including SQF code, Plant programs, HACCP, GMP's and policies.
  • Enforce and report deficiencies when appropriate.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality problems and to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes and methods.
