Renewable Energy Storage Project Coordinator

DNV Energy Systems is on the lookout for a qualified Associate Manager for Energy Storage Initiatives focused on the development and management of energy storage and hybrid systems that integrate renewable energy sources. This role is pivotal in supporting key client accounts, conducting project assessments, managing project execution, enhancing operational processes, sharing expertise, and engaging in business development activities, including proposal creation.
The position offers flexibility, allowing for a hybrid work schedule where employees typically spend three days per week in a DNV office. Further specifics regarding the role's requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the technical review process among internal experts, including civil and electrical engineers, energy analysts, and permitting teams, while preparing comprehensive due diligence reports.
- Oversee project management tasks and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Conduct due diligence evaluations, including contract and financial model assessments, synthesizing insights from various technical fields.
- Aid in resolving technical challenges with project stakeholders, ensuring collaboration with internal specialists.
- Assist in crafting and securing proposals for services related to due diligence.
- Coordinate or execute DNV's construction oversight and site visit responsibilities.
- Support the Project Management team and clients through the financial closure of projects.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, leading tool development, process optimization, and lessons learned activities.
- Aim to manage smaller projects within 6 to 18 months of joining.
