Technical Support Specialist

GCS Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our support services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a help desk or network support position, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, Desktop OS, and common networking/internet services.
- Familiarity with VOIP solutions, virtualization technologies, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of technical competence.
