Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Townsquare Media. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and closing new business opportunities in the South Jersey market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine a strategy for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the South Jersey market
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients using our proprietary data and analytics
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide world-class client service, research, and market analysis to create successful campaigns for our clients
  • Responsible for bringing our premier marketing and advertising solutions to local and regional businesses in the South Jersey market
  • Diversify our clients' solutions through cross-selling a variety of marketing solutions, including broadcast, digital, live event sponsorship, and more
  • Make a high level of new business calls and create new relationships with local and regional businesses
  • Work with local and corporate marketing teams to develop campaign support materials
  • Responsible for accurately projecting revenues and meeting/exceeding monthly budgets for all product lines
  • Enter new customer data and other sales contract details for station clients
  • Follow accountabilities set forth by the Director of Sales to achieve monthly sales quotas consistently
  • Provide insight and value to executive management to shape the future of our organization
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the Media/Digital field, with a history of success with customers and a proven ability to develop and grow revenue
  • Goal-oriented, strong work ethic, and a strong desire to learn
  • General understanding of Digital Advertising, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Programmatic Advertising
  • Ability to effectively work in key programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRMs
  • Ability to engage clients quickly and develop rapport, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Associates/Bachelor's business/marketing-related degree or equivalent experience
