Franchise Regional Sales Manager

At TBC Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Midas franchisees in achieving success in our tire programs, parts programs, and credit programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with experience in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with our franchisees and their key management personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train franchisees on change management and best practices
- Develop and execute strategies to transform the Midas business model
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and their teams
- Work with the Franchise Development team to grow store count and improve retail execution
- Engage with TBC support departments to help achieve franchisee goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and management in the automotive industry
- Multi-store and multi-state management experience
- Franchise experience in automotive or other retail industries
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Ability to travel 70-80% and work occasional nights and weekends
