Job Title: Account Executive

Join Audacy, a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company, as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating leads, setting up face-to-face and phone meetings with qualified prospects, and assessing potential business deals. You will also manage relationships with clients, construct proposals and contracts, and communicate ongoing sales activities to the sales management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase revenue and expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in online advertising, direct marketing, or local advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the local marketplace, including consumer trends and popular area merchants and attractions.
  • Strategic thinker with proven consulting and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to exceed goals and revenue expectations.
