Work Schedule: Weekend availability required with potential for a weekday shift
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Bonus Opportunities
Compensation: $22 - $27/hr based on experience

  • Proficient in point of sale systems, ensuring accuracy in patient accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience

  • Educate patients on wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care

  • Welcome patients upon arrival and facilitate check-ins for chiropractic services.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options and promotional packages.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships among colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Confidently present and sell membership packages.
  • Communicate member concerns to management while adhering to company policies.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
  • Previous office management or marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
