Salary: $22 - $27/hr based on experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Ideal candidates enjoy engaging with others, striving for goals, taking initiative, and are committed to a long-term role, with a basic understanding of technology (e.g., internet, MS Office, phones, printers, computers).
  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
  • The primary goal of the Wellness Coordinator is to secure memberships to achieve sales targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon arrival and facilitate check-ins for chiropractic services.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and service packages.
  • Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
