- Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
- The primary goal of the Wellness Coordinator is to secure memberships to achieve sales targets.
- Welcome members and patients upon arrival and facilitate check-ins for chiropractic services.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries.
- Reconnect with inactive members.
- Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
- Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
- Confidently present and sell memberships and service packages.
- Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
- Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
