Associate Director of Integrated Marketing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Integrated Marketing team, responsible for driving the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of marketing and communication tools. This role requires strategic leadership, a data-driven approach to measuring and reporting on tool usage and impact to leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for our marketing and communication tools.
- Secure leadership alignment and drive the execution of the roadmap, including timely delivery in collaboration with IT.
- Design and advocate effective communications and training programs to ensure users are equipped to leverage the full potential of our toolset.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track tool usage and trends.
- Manage the overall tools budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science).
- 7+ years of experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a people leader.
- Experience in product management or leading tool strategy, roadmap, implementation, and adoption initiatives.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Masters in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science).
- Experience with Go To Market / Integrated Marketing/ Marketing Operations processes is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint/Adobe Workfront is a plus.
