Associate Director, Global Strategy and Operations

Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head, Global Strategy and Operations in coordinating QA initiatives and collaborating with the Head of Global QA Strategy and Operations.
- Develop and implement global QA strategies and operations plans to ensure effective quality management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of QA projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Head, Global Strategy and Operations, including travel arrangements, financial administration, and calendar management.
- Manage the QA shared point and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to teams.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies and manage communication activities to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with global QA teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or higher, with a background in healthcare or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in project management and operational support roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven knowledge of training and curricula development, including oversight and administration of validated electronic systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally, cross-culturally, and in global teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other common computer software programs.
