Digital Strategy Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Associate Director to join our team at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy, including website enhancements, social media, and paid media efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in website development, SEM/SEO, and paid search. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy, including website enhancements, social media, and paid media efforts
- Lead cross-agency coordination and serve as primary lead for executing US corporate digital marketing campaign creation and paid media
- Oversee ongoing copy, design, and functional updates to DS.US
- Develop strategy in partnership with IT for future build of holistic company newsroom, including automation of press release publishing
- Collaborate with teams and individuals across businesses to ensure all website copy is up-to-date
- 7+ years experience in website development, including SEM/SEO structural enhancements focused on content development, orientation, design best practices, and overall user experience
- 5+ years experience creating a holistic and executing digital paid media strategy
- Direct experience with creative agency coordination, digital deployment, and ad campaign development, website and social media analytics and measurement
- 3+ years experience in a highly regulated industry, such as finance, technology, healthcare/pharmaceuticals, as well as social media crisis management
