Job Overview

The Senior Vice President of Analytics and Performance will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the Brokerage Client Services division. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about analyzing business dynamics and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will lead a team of over 10 analysts located in various regional centers, guiding their professional development and aligning their efforts with strategic business objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Planning, Finance, or Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in managing distributed teams.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or direct support functions.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a history of overseeing multiple projects across various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Role Purpose

The Senior Vice President will collaborate with the Analytics & Performance Insights Team within Brokerage to deliver actionable insights regarding business performance. Your typical day will involve engaging with Field Leaders and colleagues at headquarters, as well as partnering with technology and data teams to advance projects. You will work closely with data and reporting teams to ensure our needs are met across a variety of initiatives, including business performance monitoring, AI applications, executive scorecards, and ad hoc analytics.
