We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Vice President of Preconstruction. This role is crucial in managing all preconstruction activities for our projects, which encompass estimating, planning, and design phases. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, and projects related to multifamily, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:
