**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AR & HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of account receivable and cash application, as well as providing administrative support to our finance and human resources departments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and adhere to all relevant accounting and human resources regulations and policies.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, as well as contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance and human resources department.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner and monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure prompt payment.
  • Process incoming payments received via checks, credit cards, or electronic transfers and assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary, as well as greeting visitors and taking accurate messages.
  • Assist with record keeping and reports for new hires, terminations, benefit administration, worker's compensation, safety, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Assist in employee training programs and contribute to HR projects as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and HR roles.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company-specific systems.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
