Job Title: Utilities Manager

A&E Properties II Mgmt LLC is seeking a highly skilled Utilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all utility accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the India Accounts Payable Team and assigned utility representatives to ensure seamless utility account management.
  • Oversee deposits, refunds, and other accounting tasks related to ConEd, National Grid, and other service providers.
  • Ensure all new and closed accounts are accurately entered into the Utilities Database.
  • Verify the accuracy of the utilities database and perform data entry and word processing tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups of customers, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Excel, as well as general accounting theories and guidelines.
  • Strong familiarity with computerized accounting systems.
  • Ability to perform basic and higher mathematical calculations.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
