Key Responsibilities:

Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for a portfolio of properties
Budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of affordable housing multifamily properties
Preparation of year-end workpapers for audits
Update of corporate budget on a quarterly basis and variance analysis
Assistance with due diligence for acquisitions and refinancing
Proactive cash management, including cash projections
Close oversight of monthly changes in Accounts Receivable and A/P purchase order approval
Tracking of expenses and comparison per unit/building
Timely submission of withdrawal requests from reserves
Collaboration with Operations/Property Management to improve performance
Review of RE tax and water bill audits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of experience in property accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
