Multifamily Property Manager

As a Multifamily Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring high-level service to our residents and prospects. You will oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, and lease administration.
- Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects.
- Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.
- Drive revenues with thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
- Lead by example, instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management company.
- 3+ years of Property Management experience.
- 3+ years of Management experience.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills.
- General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
