We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on individual and team performance. As a Sales and Revenue Generation Leader at Virgin Hotels Dallas, you will be working closely with our sales and marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and revenue growth.
">You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth. You will also be expected to collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as food and beverage and events, to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
">This role requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and initiative, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be required to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
