Revenue Cycle Management Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our revenue cycle management efforts. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic sales plans to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet the needs of healthcare providers, focusing on revenue cycle management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, billing managers, practice owners, and physicians.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling medical billing services.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business from new accounts.
- Strong relationships with healthcare providers are highly valued.
- A proven track record of new business development with direct client relationships.
- Exceptional selling and persuasion skills.
- $80,000 - $110,000 per year salary range.
