Revenue Cycle Management Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our revenue cycle management efforts. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic sales plans to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet the needs of healthcare providers, focusing on revenue cycle management services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, billing managers, practice owners, and physicians.
  3. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling medical billing services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business from new accounts.
  • Strong relationships with healthcare providers are highly valued.
  • A proven track record of new business development with direct client relationships.
  • Exceptional selling and persuasion skills.
  • $80,000 - $110,000 per year salary range.
