Job Title: Enterprise Sales Leader for State and County Governments

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the establishment and management of high-performance sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, particularly in the enterprise and government sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales aggressively to expand the customer base and generate new revenue
  • Establish and manage sales channels to achieve benchmarks
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting to contract execution
  • Lead client presentations to key stakeholders, including product demonstrations and proposals
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Innovative and results-oriented sales professional with strong software/tech sales experience in enterprise and government sales
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales process, including pipeline and priority organization, forecasting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to speak fluently to senior executives

About You:

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial work environment. They will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and equivalent experience is required.

What We Offer:

Persimmony offers a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We are based in Dallas, TX and prefer candidates who live in a commutable distance to the area.
