About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our Oncology Franchise team. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Executives and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences)
  • 5+ years of direct pharmaceutical experience with 1+ year of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience and location)
