Job Summary

Cook Inlet Tribal Council Inc is seeking an experienced Eligibility Manager to lead our Financial Assistance Department (FAD) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personnel management, budget management, and program administration.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management to a team of staff members.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure accurate and efficient processing of program data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Service, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in personnel management and budget management.
  • Valid Alaska Driver's License and be insurable under CITC's automotive insurance.
Estimated Compensation

$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
